14 Day Returns Policy

Our 14 day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it in the original condition within 14 days of the date of receipt.

CD's and DVD's should be unopened with any seals and shrink-wrap unbroken; shoes and clothes should be unworn.

When an item is returned we guarantee to exchange it or give you a full refund on the price you paid.

Please note that gift vouchers are the only non-refundable item but are fully transferable.

How To Return Your Item

Your item should be protectively wrapped and returned to the address on the original package together with a covering letter explaining why you would like to exchange or refund it. Once your return has been posted you should email returns@salsa.co.uk advising us that it is on its way.

Please note that we are not responsible for return postage nor can we be responsible for anything that fails to arrive. For this reason we recommend using a recorded delivery service.
